How to treat acne

Rules of dealing with acne

1. Never squeeze them
2. Use a mild cleanser/facial wash for blemish prone skin
I am using Avene cleanance gel retail in watsons, guardian and leading pharmacies
3. Try to go to bed in between 10pm - 2am when our skin cells get repaired and requires adequate rest to do so.
4. Acne creams are really strong and I don't really advise using them. Unless if you have a photoshoot tomorrow and need it to heal overnight. Try acne clear retailing in Watsons for less than 7 bucks. Try applying them to your face with a Q-tip, aim well so that your face won't get dry patches.
5. Do not use harsh facial products on your face.
6. It would be better if you don't apply makeup.
7. Use a mild toner and hydrating moisturiser. Plenty of moisturiser in the event if you use acne cream since they will dry up your face.
Products I am using:

Hada Labo hydrating moisturising cream
Simple toner

Products can be found in Watsons and leading pharmacies. Even thou it is a drugstore brand but they are imported from Japan and UK respectively.

8. Have fruits that are high in vitamin C such as oranges, lemon and kiwis. Have them before meals so as to attain maximum absorption by the body.
