WHAT I HAVE FOR BREAKFAST

If I am having oily food in the morning. 
I would dilute my drink with lemon and it is essential.

Benefits of lemon:
  • high in vitamin c
  • enhance your body, rejuvenate skin
  • lose weight faster and it is one of the effective body loss remedy
  • it flushes out toxin and is beneficial for the body
  • aids digestive system and eliminate waste products out of the body effectively
  • prevents problem of constipation by ensuring smooth bowel functions


Food is essential so please put in effort so as to enjoy spiritually too and definitely so is Health!



Breakfast setup (soy milk, lemon water and nasi lemak.

Benefits of soy milk:
  • low cholesterol content
  • protect blood vessels from hemorrage
  • prevent heart colonary diseases
  • unsaturated fat content 
  • naturally low in sugar content than regular milk
  • provide extra dose of fiber making you feel fuller
